Hi my name is Jerilyn Free, but I go by Jeri. I am a certified birth doula and received my training through DONA. I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I lead the breast/chestfeeding support group at the YWCA, Mahogany Milk Drops. I currently work as a lactation consultant at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. I have been working as a doula since 2016 and have experience with medicated/non-medicated births, VBAC, c-sections, water births and virtual doula work. So as you see I am very passionate about this work.
My philosophy in birth is that you feel empowered, supported and in control of your birth decisions. Giving birth and feeding your infant is a choice that should be made by the birthing person and her partner. In simple words just feed your baby and give birth in a way that makes you happy.

In addition to my doula services, I integrate yoni steaming, an ancient holistic practice designed to promote healing, balance, and vitality in the reproductive system. Yoni steaming can aid in fertility, menstrual health, postpartum recovery, and emotional healing—empowering you to feel more connected to your body at each stage of your journey.Let’s make this journey one of peace, empowerment, and connection. Hey! My name is Emani Henderson, and I am a senior Social Work student at the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. With a deep passion for maternal health, I aspire to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and eventually open maternal group homes that support pregnant teens and their babies. I am also a trained Ultrasound Technician specializing in non-medical ultrasounds, and I am so excited to help expecting parents connect with their little ones.
At Bump.Baby.Bliss, my goal is to provide a warm, comfortable, and family-friendly environment where families can bond, celebrate, and create lasting memories. Outside of my professional goals, I enjoy reading, going to the gym, spending quality time with my loved ones, and traveling to new places. I am dedicated to creating safe, joyful spaces for mothers and families and I am overjoyed to continue this mission at Bump.Baby.Bliss!
Crystal Moses brings over a decade of Human Resources expertise and a strong background in higher education to her role as HR Manager at Bump.Baby.Bliss. As the founder of C. Moses Consulting, she is passionate about helping women-owned and minority-led businesses build organized, efficient, and sustainable systems.
At Bump.Baby.Bliss., Crystal oversees team structure, onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring that our growing community runs smoothly and supports both staff and clients with care. Her mission is to create calm, clarity, and confidence behind the scenes—so our team can focus on what matters most: serving families with excellence and heart.

I'm Freda! An AGGIE alumni and co-owner of Elementz4 Designs. I've been working with the owner, Courtney for years! I am excited to continue to work with her on several collaborations. I will be serving as the web manager, technology technician, and vendor for all custom merchandise for Bump.Baby.Bliss. Doula, Counseling, & Ultrasound Studio, LLC. I enjoy a good laugh, designing, and doing puzzles.
